Great experience renting equipment from Dripping Springs. I had an issue with the equipment I rented and one of the guys came out to my house within 15 mins to ensure it was working again. Fixed the fuse with me - and off I went. They were responsive to a cost estimate to rent the equipment and loaded / unloaded everything up for me. Can't rave enough about this team. But don't too many people overrun their business ! still need the gear there when I need it ! ~ Ted E
Everyone there is professional and very aware of the customer's time. From the time we pulled it up they were loading us within 5 minutes and had her paperwork done so we could get out the door and onto the job. Equipment was top notch and like new condition. They responded the same when we returned they immediately got the trailer unloaded and unhooked so we could get back to our project. Great people I would definitely do business with them without any hesitations and they were all very friendly. ~ John B
They have always been generous with their time & products. Have repeatedly donated a weekend trailer rental for our Scouting unit(s) for the Founder's parade [Cubs] & when located on Mercer, always purchased Girl Scout Cookies from my daughter. In years past, we have also rented a skid steer for clearing ears on our land & the price was comparable to other possible sources,, however we prefer to shop local from a small business.
